Pick up your tickets by yourself!
At the end of the transaction a reference number is sent. You need to bring your reference number, valid ID and credit card, that you purchased your tickets, with you in order to pick up your tickets. You may want your tickets to be picked up by somebody else, then, please make sure s/he brings a valid photo ID.
You may have your tickets before event day from Ticketmaster Retail Outlets or from the will call window on the event day. The will call window is open 2 hours prior to the event. To avoid last minute crowd, we suggest that you pick up your tickets as early as it can be.
For some events you can pick up your tickets at Ticketmaster Retail Outlets on the day of the event. Please see the “Please Note” tab on the event page.
